General Information

At Start to Run it is all about being able to train together with a group of people to eventually be able to run 5km. This all happens under supervision of our trainers. Even more important is that you will train in a responsible manner to get a good running basis. The joint training on Mondays will focus on running drills and exercises to ensure that you develop a good running technique. Besides the training on Monday, you will get a schedule which you can follow the rest of the week. In addition to the group and independent trainings, some lectures will be given about the things that are important with running. For example, information about running shoes.

All trainers of Start to Run are experienced runners who like to help you improve your running technique. If you have any questions during the course, you can ask them and if you have any struggles during your trainings, they will help you!

Start to Run will last 8 weeks. In these 8 weeks we will train towards the goal of completing the 5km during the Campus Run which takes place on Tuesday April 9th. The course costs 10 euro. The first training is scheduled on Monday, 12th of February at 19.45h. Registration is still possible.

  • Every Monday evening (19:45 – 21.15h) a joint training with the supervision of our experienced trainers

  • Motivation by running with a group
  • An introduction to this beautiful sport
