-Start to Run starts at the 30th of March for everyone below the age of 27-
Do you want to make 2021 your most active year? Tartlétos Start to Run is a fun way to start running and get fit with a group!
At Start to Run it is all about being able to train together with a group of people to eventually be able to run 5km. This all happens under supervision of our trainers. Even more important is that you will train in a responsible manner to get a good running basis. The joint training on Tuesday will focus on running drills and exercises to ensure that you develop a good running technique. Besides the training on Tuesday, you will get a schedule which you can follow the rest of the week. In addition to the group and independent trainings, some lectures will be given about the things that are important with running. For example information about running shoes.
All trainers of Start to Run are experienced runners who like to help you improve your running technique. If you have any questions during the course you can ask them and if you have any struggles during your trainings they will help you!
Start to Run will take 10 weeks in which we train towards running a 5 km at the Campus Run. The first training will take place at tuesday the 30th of March. The Campus Run is planned at June 9th. Registering is still possible! This course will cost you only 10 euros which includes the following:
- Every Tuesday evening (17:30 – 19:00) a joint training with the supervision of our experienced trainers
- A trainings schedule to ensure that you train in a responsible manner the rest of the week
- A couple of lectures
- A ticket for the Campus Run
- An introduction to this beautiful sport
We will provide the Start to Run according to the measures in force at that moment. Due to the current measures the course may start later. If it is cancelled due to the measures the registration fee will be returned completely.
