It's time for #throwbackthursday. Remember that last year we went to Nijmegen for NSK Stairs? It was a fun evening with many Tartlétes!

Although we know these are tough times, we hope it doesn't feel like running up 20 floors, because that feels terrible!

Although trainings are cancelled it is still important to exercise! Training alone, with a very small group with some distance between everyone (recommended at least 1.5m) or inside are possibilities to keep your fitness. This will also be the first challenge of the Tartlétos Tropical Temperatures Tournament; show us how you keep fit during this period! Send us a picture and some text and we will share it on our social media and you will earn points for the TTTT!
Here is our chairman Niek setting a good example: “Although I am very dissapointed about the cancellation of the trainings and some of my races I am still working towards my own goals. With the nice weather of the past days it is great to go out into nature to train. Today I did the hill training that was on my schedule in the forest near Wageningen. If you stay of the cycling paths it is very quiet and perfect to train!"
