On the 11th of November, Tartlétos becomes 50 years old! We are going to celebrate this by organising a lustrumweekend from 8-10 November. We would like to celebrate this beautiful age with as many tartletes as possible. Therefore, send this page to as many old-tartletes and old-trainers as possible!
On the Saturday, our lustrum celebrations will many take place at KSV Franciscus. Maybe you still remember this place, and have you danced here quite often on Thursday evenings. We thought this would be a beautiful place to celebrate our 50th anniversary. If your memory is a bit foggy, here is the address already: Stadsbrink 373, 6707AA Wageningen. In the evening, we have to rooms at KSV, one for the party with a DJ, and one where you can talk to eachother without the interference of a DJ. But before we get to partying, a fashion show will take place. Here, we would like to show all Tartlétos merchandise from the last years. From the first handmade Tartlétos singlets and shit, till the latest fashion items like bucket hats and slippers. Do you have any merchandise lying around? Subscription
You can subscribe via the link below! You can choose between subscribing for the whole weekend (fri-sun) or only the Saturday. We ask everyone to transfer the money beforehand to the lustrum account of Tartlétos: NL 23 INGB 0006 5018 07 in name of Wageningse Atletiek Vereniging Tartlétos. Mention the following information in the comments ‘Lustrumweekend + saturday/whole weekend + name’.

Pictures & Almanac
Everyone that attends the lustrumweekend will receive a printed almanac. In the almanac, we will look back at the last 5 years, and also of course at the last 50 years. Do you want to add anything to the almanac, that is possible until the 15th of August.
During the weekend, we will show a slideshow with pictures of the last 50 years. Do you have any nice pictures lying around? Send them to lustrum@tartletos.nl, preferably by WeTransfer.

I have already subscribed at the beginning of this year. Does this apply as my subscription for the lustrumweekend?
No, you still have to subscribe via https://forms.microsoft.com/e/fFkNhT2yEY At the beginning of the year you only subscribed for a save-the-date. So you still have to officially subscribe.
I am now a member. Do the cost go via the Tartlétos account?
No, the costs will not be charged via the Tartlétos account. We ask you to transfer the costs before the weekend to the lustrum account of Tartlétos.
Where does the weekend take place?
The whole weekend will take place in Wageningen. On Saturday we will mainly be at KSV (Stadsbrink 373).
Is it possible to only come Saturday evening
There is no separate option for only Saturday evening. Are you not able to be there the whole day, let us know via e-mail.
I want to be there Saturday and Sunday, but I am not available on Friday. Is this possible?
Yes! Fill out the whole weekend in the subscription form and send us an e-mail that you won’t be there on Friday (lustrum@tartletos.nl)
I am allergic to X. Where can I tell this?
You can mention this at the subscription form. If you forgot to do this, send us an e-mail via lustrum@tartletos.nl.
Is all food always vegetarian, or do I have to mention this?
Not all food is vegetarian, however, we do have many vegetarian options available!
