We want to promote and motivate more members of Tartl\u00e9tos to volunteer at competitions that we organise and\/or take part in. We want to do this by lowering the contribution with 6 euro for volunteering members.\u202f<\/span> This discount is applied in the last invoice of the academic year.<\/span><\/p>\n

You count as a volunteering member, when you volunteer at 4 or more competitions throughout the academic year, running from the 1<\/span>st<\/span> of September, until the 31<\/span>st<\/span> of July. To be counted as a volunteer, you will have to help out during a day(part) of the competition. You can join the competition yourself for the time not spent as volunteer.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The competition that count towards the total of at least 4 times are, competitions organized by Tartl\u00e9tos, national competition that Tartl\u00e9tos takes part in, as well as all NSK\u2019s throughout the country. The full list of competitions can be found underneath\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We, the board, will take note at (most of) the competitions of who has been volunteering, and compile a list of this. However, members are encouraged to also note down at which competitions they have been volunteering. If the boards administration is incomplete, it is the members\u2019 responsibility to probe they have been volunteering. When a total of 4 times of volunteering has been reached, the member should text the Competition Commissioner-Away of the acting board. They can then check if this is noted down correctly on the list.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
