Start to Run 2020

Want to make 2020 your most active year yet? Tartlétos Start to Run is a fun way to run and get fit with a group!

At Start to Run it’s all about being able to train together with a group of others under good supervision to running 5km. Perhaps even more important is that you train in a responsible manner towards a good basis from which you can continue training. During the joint training on Tuesday, there will be a lot of focus on doing running drills and exercises to really ensure that you develop a good running technique. As part of Start to Run, there will also be a few lectures in addition to the independent and group trainings. This will tell something about the world of running or, for example, an introduction to the running shoes.

All the trainers of Start to Run are experienced runners who would like to help you improve your running technique. If you have any questions during the course you can ask them or if you have any struggles during your trainings they will help you!

Start to Run will be 10 weeks , from the 28th of January till the 31st of March, in those weeks we will train towards the goal of completing the 5km at the Campusrun which will take place on the 1st of April (no this isn’t a joke😉). This course will cost you only 10 euros which includes the following:

  • Every Tuesday evening at 17.30 a joint training with the supervision of our experienced trainers.
  • A trainings schedule to ensure that you train in a responsible manner the rest of the week.
  • A couple of lectures.
  • A starting ticket for the Campusrun.
  • An introduction in this beautiful sport.
